Use it mainly for your own benefit because no one is checking

Assume the owner's absence means the task no longer matters

Receive the Lord of the Vineyard

Lord, revive your Church. Make us eager to hear your word, faithful with what you have entrusted to us, and ready to bear fruit for your glory. Wake us from carelessness, renew our obedience, and plant your life deeply in us, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Revive Your Church to Bear Fruit

Give thanks for the ways God prepares the ground before asking us to serve. Thank him for entrusted responsibilities, for places of growth, and for the patience he shows as he places work into human hands.

Thanks for What You Have Prepared

Pray by naming one area God has entrusted to you, then ask for wisdom to care for it well, humility to use it rightly, and faithfulness even when no one is watching.

Pray for a Steward's Heart

Father, forgive me for treating your gifts as my own, for neglecting what you have placed in my care, and for hearing your word without obeying it. Turn my heart back to you and teach me to serve faithfully, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Turn From Neglect

Pray for leaders, parents, caregivers, church workers, and every person carrying responsibility: ask God to make them wise, honest, and fruitful; to protect them from pride and laziness; and to help them serve with a sense of accountability before him.
