Receive the Lord of Truth

Lord, awaken your Church to love truth and reject every false story. Where fear has made us careless with words, give us courage and integrity. Make us a people whose witness is clear, humble, and faithful, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Revive Your Church in Truth

Father, forgive me for the times I have repeated what was not true, stayed silent when I should have spoken, or shaped the facts to protect myself. Cleanse my heart and steady my tongue, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Forgive My Convenient Words

Name one place where you are tempted to soften the truth. Ask God for courage to speak clearly, wisdom to be kind, and grace to refuse a convenient lie.

Pray for Honest Speech

Pray for people who are hearing false stories about Jesus, for believers who must answer rumors, and for hearts that can recognize what is true.

Protection from Deception

Thank God that lies do not have the final word over Jesus. Thank him that the risen Christ is not hidden by rumor, and ask for a life that tells the truth plainly.
