20. Formal Translation And what about the land— is it fertile {shemenah: rich, productive} or lean {razah: poor, barren}? Is there a tree within it or not? And you must strengthen yourselves and bring back some of the fruit of the land. Now the days were the days of the firstfruits of grapes. |
20. Dynamic Translation Check out what the land is like— is it rich and good or thin and poor? Are there any trees there or not? Be bold and pick some of the fruit from the land. It was the season for the first ripe grapes. |
