   and shall make atonement the priest for all the congregation of the children of Israel and it will be forgiven for them because it was a mistake it and they have brought their offering a food offering to the LORD and their sin offering before the LORD for their mistake

Exegesis

The coordinated clause heviu et-korbanam isheh la-YHWH ve-chatatam lifnei YHWH {הֵבִ֨יאוּ אֶת־קָרְבָּנָ֜ם אִשֶּׁ֣ה לַֽיהוָ֗ה וְחַטָּאתָ֛ם לִפְנֵ֥י יְהוָ֖ה | he-wîʾū ʾet-qā-rə-bā-nām ʾîš-šêh lă-yəhō-wāh wə-ḥaṭ-ṭā-ʾā-tām li-phnê yə-hō-wāh} ‘they have brought their offering—a fire offering to the LORD and their sin offering before the LORD’ presents parallel sacrificial acts.
