| 18. Formal Translation And if the family of Egypt does not go up and does not come, there will be no rain upon them; there shall be upon them the plague which the LORD {Yahweh, Disciplining Judge} will strike upon the nations who do not go up to celebrate the Feast of Tabernacles. |
| 18. Dynamic Translation And if Egypt’s clan refuses to go up or come, they will receive no rain; they will undergo the plague that the LORD {Yahweh, Divine Enforcer} will bring against the nations who do not go up to keep the Festival of Booths. |
