Formal Translation And they make offerings go up in smoke to the LORD {Yahweh, Worship Receiver}—burnt offerings morning by morning and evening by evening, and incense of spices—and they set an arrangement of bread on the pure table, and the gold lampstand with its lamps to keep burning evening by evening; for we are keeping the charge of the LORD our God {Yahweh Eloheinu, Covenant Commander}, but you have forsaken Him. |
| 11. Dynamic Translation They offer to the LORD {Yahweh, Holy Lord} burnt offerings morning by morning and evening by evening, along with incense of spices. They lay out the bread display on the pure table and keep the gold lampstand and its lamps burning evening by evening, because we are keeping the charge of the LORD, our God {Eloheinu, Faithful Protector}, but you have forsaken Him. |
