9. Formal Translation
And a certain young man by the name of Eutychus was sitting in the window, being overcome by deep sleep as Paul was speaking at length. Having been overcome by sleep, he fell down from the third story and was taken up dead.
9. Dynamic Translation
A young man named Eutychus was sitting on the window ledge, and as Paul talked on and on, he was overcome by a deep sleep. He fell from the third floor to the ground and was picked up dead.
