Treat the experience as proof of spiritual superiority

Ignore your limits and push harder on your own

If you would like to receive Jesus, pray this with me: Lord Jesus, I admit that I have sinned and cannot save myself. I turn from my sin and trust that you died for my sins and rose again. I confess you as Lord, and I ask you to come into my life and lead me. When I am weak, meet me and make me yours. Amen.

Come to Jesus in Weakness

Lord, revive your Church where we have become self-reliant and numb to your greatness. When your people see your glory, let us be humbled instead of hardened; let our strength give way to trust, and our awe turn into obedience. Awaken us to live dependently before you, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Revive Your People in Holy Awe

Father, when I feel left alone and my strength runs out, hold me steady. Where pressure, fear, or sorrow have drained me, let your presence keep me from collapse and teach me to rest in you, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

When Strength Leaves Me

Name the place where you feel empty or overwhelmed. Tell God exactly what has drained you, ask him to show you what he is revealing, and ask for one next faithful step rather than self-reliance.

Pray Through a Moment of Weakness

Thank God that he does not turn away when his people are weak, shaken, or speechless. Thank him for meeting human limits with mercy, and for using even moments of collapse to teach dependence and trust.

Giving Thanks for God’s Patient Presence

Pray for people who feel isolated, overwhelmed, or spiritually emptied. Ask God to meet them with comfort, restore their courage, and help them know that weakness is not the end of their story.

For Those Who Feel Alone Before God
