If you would like to receive Jesus, pray this with me: Lord Jesus, I admit my sin and the ways I have let anger, pride, and pressure rule me. I turn from my sin and need your mercy. I believe you died for my sins and rose again. I confess you as Lord and Savior and ask you to take my life under your rule. Lead me in your strength and save me. Amen.

Come Under His Lordship

Lord, revive your church so we do not move in rage or use strength carelessly. Make us bold without cruelty, swift to obey, and steady under pressure. Let your people show a power that is guided by your holiness, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Revive Your People with Steady Power

Father, when I feel rushed or strong, keep my heart from becoming angry and reckless. Give me restraint, patience, and a clear mind, so my actions serve your will and not my impulse, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Keep My Strength Under Your Rule

Thank God that strength does not have to be wild or destructive. Praise him for the kind of power that can be governed, directed, and used for what is right.

Thank You for Power with Purpose

Pray for someone who is under intense pressure, facing opposition, or tempted to respond in anger. Ask God to protect them, steady them, and give them wise courage and self-control.

For Those Facing Pressure or Conflict

Take one situation where you feel ready to rush or strike back. Name it before God, ask whether the impulse is wisdom or fury, and ask for one calm next step you can take today.
