| 36. Formal Translation Thus says the Lord GOD; because your filthiness was poured out and your nakedness was uncovered according to your sexual promiscuity with your lovers, with all the idols of your abominations, and by the blood of your children whom you gave to them. |
| 36. Dynamic Translation This is what the Lord GOD says: Because you poured out your lust and exposed your nakedness through your prostitution with your lovers, with all your abominations, and through the blood of your children whom you offered to them. |
