| 37. Formal Translation Therefore Pilate said to Him, “So, You are a king?” Jesus {Iesous, Witness to Truth} answered, “You say that I am a king. For this reason I have been born, and for this reason I have come into the world, to bear witness to the truth. Everyone who is of the truth hears My voice.” |
| 37. Dynamic Translation Then Pilate said to Him, “So You are a king?” Jesus {Iesous, Revealing King} replied, “You are saying that I am a king. This is why I was born, and this is why I came into the world, to testify to the truth. Everyone who is on the side of the truth listens to My voice.” |
