If you would like to receive Jesus, pray this with me: Lord Jesus, I come to you while my heart is still dark. I admit that I have sinned and wandered from God, and I cannot save myself. I believe you died for my sins and rose again. I turn from my sin and receive you as my Lord and Savior. Lead me out of darkness and into your life. Amen.

Come to Jesus in the Dark

Lord, revive your Church to seek you early, even when it is still dark. Keep us from settling for despair, and make us people who keep going toward you with hope. Wake up our prayer, our compassion, and our witness, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Teach Your Church to Seek Early

Father, for anyone walking through a dark and confusing morning, be near to them. Give courage to keep coming toward you, and let them discover that you are already at work, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Pray by naming one place that feels dark or uncertain. Ask God for the courage to keep seeking Jesus there, and ask for one simple step to take today.

Give thanks for God's faithfulness in early, dark hours; for the courage to keep coming when you cannot yet see; for ways he moves stones away that you did not expect.

Grateful for God Meeting Us Early

Pray for: someone who is grieving and still looking; the grace to go toward them with compassion; hope that God will meet them before they see the way forward.
