| 25. Formal Translation Therefore the other disciples were saying to him, “We have seen the Lord {Kyrios, Risen Master}.” But he said to them, “Unless I see in His hands the nail imprint, and put my finger into that trace, and put my hand into His side, I will by no means believe.” |
| 25. Dynamic Translation So the other disciples kept telling him, “We have seen the Lord {Kyrios, Living Lord}.” But he replied, “If I do not see the nail mark in His hands, and place my finger into that mark, and place my hand into His side, I will never believe.” |
