Go to Jesus and ask for the deeper gift he offers

Wait until life feels less tangled before asking

Keep the need vague and avoid asking directly

If you would like to receive Jesus, pray this with me: Lord Jesus, I admit that I have sinned and tried to satisfy my deepest need apart from you. I turn from my sin and ask for your mercy. I believe you died for my sins and rose again. I confess you as Lord, and I receive the life only you can give. Come into my life and lead me into your gift. Amen.

Come to the Giver of Life

Lord, wake your Church to recognize your gift, hear your voice, and come to you with honest need. Forgive our self-sufficiency and shallow prayers. Make us a people who ask Jesus for the life only he can give, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Wake Your Church to Ask

Father, when my soul feels dry, tired, or empty, remind me that you are generous and that Jesus meets me with more than surface relief. Lead me to ask him for the life I need, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

For the Thirsty Heart

Begin by naming one place where you feel spiritually thirsty. Ask God to help you recognize his gift, then ask Jesus plainly for the deeper life you need.

Pray for What You Truly Need

Give thanks for God's generosity, for Jesus speaking into human need, and for the life he is willing to give beyond temporary fixes.

Thanks for Your Generous Offer

Pray for someone who is living on small comforts instead of Christ; ask God to open their eyes to his gift, soften their heart, and give you courage to point them to Jesus.

For Someone Still Thirsty
