If you would like to receive Jesus, pray this with me: Lord Jesus, I admit that I have sinned and lived as though your coming did not matter. I need your mercy and your saving grace. I believe you died for my sins and rose again. I turn from my sin and trust you as my Lord and Savior. Make me ready for you and lead my life from this day on. Amen.

Receive the Coming Savior

Lord, awaken your Church from sleep. Keep us from living as though your return is distant or unreal. Make us humble, repentant, faithful, and alert, so that our lives point to your kingdom and your coming, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Wake Your Church Up

Father, keep my heart awake. When I drift into ease or delay, call me back to trust, repentance, and steady obedience. Let me live each day with the hope that the Son of Man is coming, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Keep Me Alert

Begin by naming one area where you have become careless. Ask God to wake you up, confess any complacency, and ask for one practical step that will help you live ready for Jesus' coming.

Pray for Readiness Today

Bring these to God: habits that make you spiritually sleepy; choices you have postponed because they felt uncomfortable; any habit of treating Christ's coming as if it were too far away to matter.

Leave Behind Complacency

Pray for family, friends, and neighbors who are living without thought of Jesus' return. Ask God to wake them, give them humility, and open a door for a wise conversation about Christ.

Pray for the Unaware
