If you would like to receive Jesus, pray this with me: Lord Jesus, I come to you thirsty and in need. I admit that I have sinned and tried to satisfy my soul in ways that cannot last. I turn from my sin and trust that you died for my sins and rose again. I confess you as Lord, and I ask you to come into my life and give me the life only you can give. Amen.

Come to Jesus in Your Thirst

Lord, revive your Church so we do not stay silent before a thirsty world. Give us bold compassion, clear words, and a deeper hunger for Jesus himself, that many would come and drink of his life. Awaken us again, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Wake Your Church to Call Out

Father, when my heart feels dry or restless, lead me to Jesus instead of to lesser things. Satisfy what is empty in me with your presence and your living mercy, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

For the Dry Heart

Name the place where you feel most thirsty, ask Jesus to draw you near, and ask for one honest next step that brings you to him today.

Pray the Invitation

Pray for people who keep trying to fill their emptiness with success, pleasure, or control; ask God to show them Jesus as the one who truly satisfies; and pray for open doors to speak hope to the thirsty around you.

For Those Seeking Satisfaction

Give thanks that Jesus does not ignore the thirsty but calls them to come to him. Thank him for moments when he has met your need, and for the grace to keep coming back to him again.
