I believe you were handed over, died for my sins, and rose again. I confess you as Lord, and I trust you to forgive me and lead me in your peace. Come into my life and make me yours. Amen.

Receive the Handed-Over Savior

Lord, revive your Church where we avoid hard truth and shrink back from costly obedience. Make us steady when your words are sobering, faithful when the road is painful, and brave enough to follow Jesus wherever he leads. Awaken your people to trust the Messiah who goes before us, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Revive Your Church to Follow the Suffering Christ

Pray by naming the hard thing Jesus has shown you, asking him to replace fear with trust, and asking for one clear step of obedience before you move on.

Pray When Jesus' Warning Feels Heavy

Father, when your word warns me of suffering or loss, steady my heart. Help me believe that Jesus sees ahead, speaks truth, and still loves me, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Steady My Heart When the Path Is Costly

Lord, I lift up people who feel handed over, betrayed, or unsafe. Guard them, strengthen them, and draw near when others treat them harshly. Give them courage to keep trusting you and not to be overwhelmed by fear, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

For People Facing Betrayal or Pressure

Bring these to God: thanksgiving that Jesus knew the road and still walked it; gratitude that he speaks honestly instead of hiding hard truth; trust when obedience feels costly; compassion for anyone walking into suffering.
