Face the loss honestly and keep trusting God's power to restore.

Pretend nothing hurts so faith looks strong.

Focus only on the pain and treat hope as unrealistic.

Wait for the sadness to disappear before believing anything else.

If you would like to receive Jesus, pray this with me: Lord Jesus, I confess that I have sinned and that I need your mercy. I believe you were handed over to death and rose again on the third day. I turn from my sin and trust you as my Lord and Savior. Bring your forgiveness, your life, and your hope into me. Amen.

Trust the One Who Was Raised

Lord, revive your Church so we do not live as if death and sorrow have the final word. Make us honest in grief, steady in faith, and full of confidence that you can raise what is broken. Wake us again to your victory, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Revive Your People With Resurrection Hope

Father, be near to those who are carrying heavy sorrow today. Where news has wounded them, help them remember that you can bring life after loss and hope after pain, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Near to the Grieving

Name the hard thing you are facing, tell God honestly how it affects you, then ask him for the strength to trust him before relief comes.

Pray Through Hard News

Bring these to God: his power to raise again; the hope that survives sorrow; gratitude that sadness is not the final word.

Thank God for Hope That Outlasts Grief

Pray for: people who have received shocking news; those whose grief feels overwhelming; a faithful friend to sit with them and not rush them past sorrow.

For Those in Deep Sadness
