Come Near, Lord Jesus

Lord, revive your Church. Where we have kept our distance from fearful people, teach us to draw near; where we have spoken without tenderness, give us gentle words; where anxiety has shaped us, fill us with your peace. Make us a people who reflect your nearness and steady others with your kindness, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Revive Your Church to Bring Courage

Lord Jesus, when fear rises in me, come close and steady my heart. Let your presence calm my thoughts and your kindness give me courage to rise again, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Jesus, Come Close to My Fear

Name one fear honestly, ask Jesus to draw near to you in it, and then ask for one brave next step you can take today.

Pray Through One Fear

Pray for: one person who needs calm presence; words that comfort rather than pressure; wisdom to know when to listen, when to speak, and when to simply stay near.

Peace for Someone Who Feels Afraid

Bring these to God: gratitude that Jesus comes near before he speaks; desire to be gentle with people who tremble; willingness to let your own courage bless someone else.
