1 And in the seventh month, on the first of the month, there shall be for you a sacred assembly{mikra-kodesh: holy convocation}; you shall not engage in any labor{avodah: occupational service}; it shall be for you a day of trumpet blast.
2 And you shall offer a burnt offering {olah: ascending offering} for a pleasing aroma to the LORD {YHWH, Aroma Receiver}: one bull of the herd, one ram, and seven male yearling lambs, all perfect.
3 And their grain offering{minchah: tribute gift} shall be of fine flour{solet: best sifted flour} mixed with oil—three tenths for the bull and two tenths for the ram.
4 And you shall offer one-tenth {issaron: tenth-part measure} for each of the seven lambs {kevasim: sacrificial sheep}.
5 And one male goat of the goats as a sin offering {chatat: purification sacrifice} to make atonement {lekhapper: cover guilt} for you.
6 Besides the monthly burnt offering and its grain offering, and the continual burnt offering and its grain offering, and their drink offerings, according to their regulation, as an aroma {reach: scent of acceptance} pleasing to the LORD {YHWH, Worthy Recipient}.
7 And on the tenth day of this seventh month, a holy assembly{mikra-qodesh: sacred convocation} shall be for you, and you shall humble your souls{nafesh: life essence}; you shall not do any work.
8 And you shall bring near a burnt offering to the LORD {YHWH, Sacrifice Recipient}, a pleasing aroma—one young bull, one ram, and seven male lambs a year old, all perfect {temimim: without blemish}—they shall be for you.
9 And their grain offering{minchah: gift of tribute} shall be of fine flour mixed with oil—three tenths for the bull and two tenths for the one ram{ayil: mature male sheep}.
10 A tenth part {isaron: one-tenth portion} for each lamb, for the seven lambs {kevasim: sacrificial animals}.
11 One male goat as a sin offering {chatat: ceremonial purification}, apart from the sin offering of the atonements {kippurim: expiatory rites}, and the continual burnt offering with its grain offering and their drink offerings.
12 And on the fifteenth day of the seventh month, a sacred assembly will be for you. You shall not do any work of service{avodah: labor for sustenance}, and you shall celebrate a festival to the LORD{YHWH, Worship Receiver} for seven days.
13 And you shall offer a burnt offering, a fire offering of pleasing aroma to the LORD {YHWH, Covenant Sustainer}, consisting of thirteen young bulls, two rams, and fourteen male lambs a year old, all without defect {temimim: Unblemished}.
14 And their grain offering{minchah: tribute gift} shall be of fine flour mixed with oil: three tenths for each bull{par: sacrificial animal}, for the thirteen bulls; two tenths for each ram, for the two rams.
15 And a tenth {issaron: one-tenth measure} shall be offered for each lamb, for all fourteen lambs {kevasim: young sheep}.
16 And one male goat as a sin offering {khatat: purification sacrifice}, apart from the regular burnt offering {olat: ascending offering}, its grain offering and its drink offering.
17 And on the second day, offer twelve young bulls {parim: herd animals}, two rams, and fourteen male year-old lambs—without blemish {temimim: unblemished animals}.
18 And their grain offering and their drink offerings for the bulls, for the rams, and for the lambs shall be according to their number {mispar: assigned quantity}, according to the ordinance {mishpat: prescribed regulation}.
19 And one male goat {seir: he-goat} as a sin offering, apart from the regular burnt offering {olat: ascending sacrifice} and its grain offering and their drink offerings.
20 And on the third day {yom: appointed time}, eleven bulls, two rams, and fourteen male lambs a year old, all flawless {temimim: without blemish}.
21 And their grain offering {minchah: tribute gift} and their drink offerings for the bulls, for the rams, and for the lambs, according to their number, according to the ordinance {mishpat: prescribed rule}.
22 And one male goat as a sin offering {chatat: purification sacrifice}, apart from the continual burnt offering {ha-tamid: perpetual sacrifice}, with its grain offering and its drink offering.
23 And on the fourth day, ten bulls, two rams, and fourteen male lambs {bnei shanah: age construct} a year old, all without blemish {temimim: unblemished}.
24 Their grain offering {mincha: flour tribute} and their drink offerings for the bulls, for the rams, and for the lambs shall be according to their number, according to the ordinance {mishpat: prescribed ritual}.
25 And one male goat {se’ir-izzim: kid of goats} as a sin offering, apart from the continual burnt offering {olat hatamid: daily ascending offering}, with its grain offering and its drink offering.
26 And on the fifth day, nine bulls, two rams, and fourteen male one-year-old lambs {benei shanah: age category}, all without blemish {temimim: sacrificial standard}, are to be offered.
27 And their grain offering {minchah: gift of flour} and their drink offerings are for the bulls, for the rams, and for the lambs, according to their number, as the ordinance {mishpat: prescribed ritual order}.
28 And one male goat {se‘ir: he-goat} as a sin offering, apart from the regular burnt offering {olat hatamid: continual elevation offering} and its grain offering and its drink offering.
29 And on the sixth day, eight bulls, two rams, and fourteen male lambs {kevasim: sacrificial lambs} a year old, all without blemish {temimim: unblemished offerings}, shall be offered.
30 And their grain offering {minchah: tribute gift} and their drink offerings for the bulls, for the rams, and for the lambs, by their number, according to the ordinance {mishpat: prescribed practice}.
31 And one male goat as a sin offering {chatat: purification sacrifice}, apart from the continual burnt offering {olat hatamid: ongoing whole offering}, its grain offering, and its drink offerings.
32 And on the seventh day, present seven bulls {parim: large sacrificial animals}, two rams, and fourteen male lambs a year old, all without defect {temimim: completely whole}.
33 And their grain offering {minchah: tribute gift} and their drink offerings, for the bulls, rams, and lambs, by their number according to their ordinance {mishpat: prescribed regulation}.
34 And one male goat as a sin offering {chatat: purification ritual}, besides the regular burnt offering {olat hatamid: perpetual ascent}, its grain offering and its drink offering.
35 On the eighth day, there shall be a solemn assembly {atzeret: appointed gathering} for you. You shall not do any work of service {avodah: laborious tasks}.
36 You shall bring near a burnt offering, a food offering, an aroma pleasing to the LORD {YHWH, Recipient of Worship}—one bull, one ram, and seven male lambs a year old, all without blemish {temimim: entirely flawless}.
37 The grain offerings and the drink offerings are designated for the bull, for the ram, and for the lambs {kevasim: young sheep}, in accordance with their number and under the ordinance {mishpat: prescribed regulation}.
38 And one male goat as a sin offering, apart from {milvad: addition indicator} the continual burnt offering {olat: ascending sacrifice} and its grain offering and its drink offering.
39 These offerings you shall bring to the LORD {YHWH, Worship Recipient} at your appointed times {moed: sacred festival seasons}; they are separate from your vow offerings and your freewill gifts, whether burnt offerings, grain offerings, drink offerings, or peace offerings.
40 And Moses said to the sons of Israel, according to all that the LORD {YHWH, Divine Lawgiver} had commanded Moses {Mosheh: Mediator Leader}.
