Come Into My Life, Lord Jesus

Lord, revive your Church. Where we have been distracted by crowds, noise, and hurry, call us back to prayer. Give us hearts that value your presence more than public approval, and teach us to seek you with one mind and one voice. Awaken us again to pray, and make us faithful in private and in public, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Renew Our Secret Prayer

Father, thank you that Jesus did not live for constant attention, but withdrew to seek you. Thank you that prayer is not a burden but a place of fellowship with you. Help me to value quiet communion with you, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Set aside one small stretch of time today. Step away from noise, name the crowding things in your mind, ask God for a quiet heart, and stay with him for a few unhurried minutes.

Making Space to Pray

Pray for people who feel pressed by demands, surrounded by noise, or unable to find a quiet place to meet with God. Ask the Lord to open space, bring peace, and draw them into prayer.

For the Overwhelmed and Overcrowded

Father, when evening comes and I feel alone, remind me that you see me. Give me peace in the quiet, keep me near you in prayer, and help me rest in your care, in the name of Jesus. Amen.
