Revelation 19TAB

After these things I heard what sounded like a great voice {phone: overwhelming sound} of a great multitude in heaven, saying, “Hallelujah! Salvation and glory and power belong to our God {Theos, Worthy of Praise}.”

For true and just are His {Theos, Righteous Judge} judgments {kriseis: legal verdicts}, because He has judged the great prostitute who corrupted the earth in her immorality and has avenged the blood of His servants from her hand.

And a second time they said, “Hallelujah {Halleluia: praise Yahweh}!” And the smoke {kapnos: visible ruin} of her rises forever and ever.

And the twenty-four elders and the four living creatures fell down and worshiped God {Theos, Enthroned Majesty} who is seated on the throne, saying, “Amen, Hallelujah {Allelouia: praise to God}!”

And a voice came out from the throne, saying: “Praise our God {Theos, Worthy Of All Worship}, all His servants {douloi: devoted attendants}, and those who fear Him, the small and the great.”

And I heard, as it were, a voice like that of a great multitude {ochlou: vast worshiping host}, and like the voice of many waters, and like the voice of mighty thunders, saying, “Hallelujah! For the Lord our God {Kyrios Theos, Reigning Sovereign King} the Almighty reigns.”

Let us rejoice and exult and give Him {Theos, Worthy of Glory} the glory, because the marriage of the Lamb {arnion: Slain Bridegroom} has come, and His wife has prepared herself.

And it was given to her so that she might clothe herself in fine linen {byssinon: festal garment}, bright and pure; for the fine linen is the righteous acts of the saints {hagion: holy ones}.

And he says to me, “Write: Blessed are those who are invited to the marriage supper {deipnon: ceremonial meal} of the Lamb.” And he says to me, “These are the true words of God {Theos, Faithful Revealer}.”

And I fell before his feet to worship him. But he says to me, “See that you do not do this; I am a fellow servant with you and with your brothers who have the testimony of Jesus {Iesous, Revealed Savior}. Worship God {Theos, Only One Worthy}, for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.”

I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse appeared; the rider seated on it is called Faithful and True, and in righteousness {dikaiosyne: perfectly just standard} He {Christos, Righteous Warrior} judges and wages war.

But His {Christos, Sovereign Judge} eyes are a flame of fire, and many crowns {diademata: royal insignia} rest upon His head; and He has an inscribed name that no one knows except Himself.

And He {Logos, Righteous Warrior} was arrayed in a garment {himation: outer garment} soaked in blood, and His name is called the Word of God.

And the armies in heaven were following Him {Christos, Heavenly Commander} on white steeds, garbed in fine linen {bussinon: radiant garment} that was pure and white.

And out of His {Christos, Righteous Warrior} mouth comes a sharp sword so that by it He may strike the nations, and He Himself will shepherd them with a rod of iron; and He Himself treads the winepress of the wine of the wrath of the anger of God {Theos, Almighty Judge} the Almighty.

On His {Christos, Victorious King} robe and on His thigh He bears an inscription: King of kings and Lord of lords {Kyrios kyríōn, Supreme Ruler}.

And I saw one angel standing in the sun, and he cried out with a loud voice, saying to all the birds that are flying in midheaven, “Come, be gathered to the great supper {deipnon: solemn judgment feast} of God {Theos, Supreme Judge}.”

So that you may eat the flesh of kings, and the flesh of commanders, and the flesh of mighty men {ischyron: strong warriors}, and the flesh of horses and of those who sit upon them, and the flesh of all people, both free and slaves {doulon: owned laborers}, and small and great.

And I saw the beast {therion: oppressive world system} and the kings of the earth and their armies, having been gathered to make war with the One sitting on the horse, and with His army {strateuma: united fighting host}.

And the beast was seized, and with him the false prophet {pseudoprophetes: deceiving messenger} who had performed the signs before him, by which he deceived those who had received the mark of the beast and those who were worshipping its image. These two were thrown alive into the lake of fire {limne: fiery judgment} that burns with sulfur.

And the rest were killed with the sword {romphaia: executing judgment} of the One sitting upon the horse, the sword proceeding from His {Christos, Victorious Warrior} mouth, and all the birds were filled with their flesh.
